As the President & CEO of Echelon Advisors, and Co-Founder & CEO of Health Wallet, Thomas demonstrated a passion for innovation and leadership. His expertise spans insurance, risk transfer, employee engagement, and healthcare technology, making him a key figure in shaping better outcomes for both employers and employees who are in the search for something better.

In his early career, Thomas was recognized as United American Insurance’s Agent of the Year in 2007, an achievement that foreshadowed his success in building and selling two highly successful insurance agencies by the age of 35. His drive to provide creative solutions continued as he created and led several captive programs for associations, agencies, private equity groups, and employers. His determination to innovate the healthcare industry led to national recognition among his peers, receiving the EmCap Exceptional Program Growth Award from Berkley Accident & Health in 2017.
